Now you need to stretch it first to the right cheek, then to the left with at least 2 seconds count for each stretch. You may also bend it down your chin or up to your nose. That makes 1 rep, just do another 9.

Chin Trick This exercise also removes double chin in the long run. Using your thumbs, press your chin up and hold it for maximum of 3 minutes.
Ear to ear smile.
Give yourself a smile that stretches as far as you can. Do a countdown from 5, for at least 5 repetitions.
